Written for the Janeway Factor Contest, hense the title. I wasn't feeling very original. A form of Kathryn's conscience decides to give her a bit of a kick in the butt. Spoilers (ep addition actually) for Relativity and references to Endgame. I'm Annoyed at TPTB again. They sooo wasted Mulgrew's ability as a comic actress. We need to see her really let lose. Don't expect much of that in this fic, but don't fret, I'm working on it.
